Programme content:

After hurricanes Gustav, Hannah and Ike, 400 people were assisted with a basic nutritional kit, 200 children received an educational kit and ten schools damaged by the hurricanes were restored.

Toilets were constructed at four primary schools to improve the sanitation and health of the children.

Target group: 350 children (60% girls, 40% boys from mainly poor families)
